Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what data is collected on the ALNA website (the "Site"), how it is used, and what rights you have regarding information you provide. Please read it carefully.
Who operates this site
What information is collected
The Site itself does not include a sign-up form or a user database. The only information collected is what you choose to provide when you contact us:
- Details you send in an email or phone inquiry (such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message).
- Details you provide when scheduling an introductory call through the external scheduling service Calendly (such as your name, email, and organization details).
Cookies and analytics tools
The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed) and to improve it accordingly. This tool works through cookies and loads only after you give consent via the cookie banner shown when you enter the Site. If you choose not to consent, the tool will not load and your IP address is not stored. You can change your consent at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy. Beyond this, the Site does not use targeted-advertising cookies and does not passively collect personally identifying information about visitors.
How information is used
Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, assess whether ALNA may be relevant to your organization, and manage an ongoing professional relationship. Information is not sold or rented, and it is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Providing contact or scheduling information is voluntary. If you do not provide the information needed to reply or arrange a meeting, we may not be able to respond to your request.
Legal bases where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies
Depending on the interaction, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent for optional analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Preferences.
- Legitimate interests in responding to professional inquiries, maintaining business correspondence, and understanding how the Site is used. We consider these interests against the rights and expectations of visitors.
- Steps requested before entering into a contract when you ask us to discuss or prepare a possible engagement.
- Legal obligations where records must be retained or disclosed under applicable law.
Third-party services
To schedule meetings, we use Calendly, a third-party scheduling provider subject to its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Calendly's Privacy Policy before booking a meeting. The Site itself is hosted on Vercel Inc.'s infrastructure. Site fonts are loaded from the Site's own server; the only external script is Google Analytics, which loads only after consent as described above.
International processing
ALNA is operated from Israel. Service providers such as Calendly, Vercel, Google, and email or calendar providers may process information in other countries. Where data protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we rely on the relevant provider's contractual and legal transfer mechanisms. Their locations and safeguards may change, so their current privacy notices provide the most specific information.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information provided to us. Inquiry and scheduling records are kept while a conversation or professional relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward, based on the purpose of the correspondence, legal requirements, and the need to maintain an accurate business record. Optional analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics settings and Google's applicable policies. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, subject to legal obligations and legitimate record-keeping needs.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive certain data in a portable format, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country or region where you live or work. Requests can be sent to the email address listed above. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Automated decision-making
The Site does not make automated decisions about visitors and does not profile people for eligibility, employment, clinical, or service-access decisions.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page, along with the date of the last update.
